RESOLVED that the minutes of the Town Planning meeting held on Wednesday 22nd January 2014 (previously circulated) be approved by the Committee and signed by the Chairman as a true record.

P92/13 PLANNING APPLICATIONS
The Committee considered a schedule of planning applications for weeks ending 24th January, 31st January and 7th February.
RESOLVED: Recommendations in Appendix ‘A’ be submitted to Tendring District Council.

  • Members noted an application (14/00035/TPO) which had been withdrawn.
  • The Clerk informed members that an application for a new dwelling (13/01422/FUL) at 77 Ashley Road, Dovercourt, had been refused.

The next Town Planning meeting will be held at the 1912 Centre, Cow Lane, Harwich, on 5th March 2014 at 6.30pm.

The Chairman closed the meeting at 6.57pm.
