MINUTES of the Meeting of the PLANNING COMMITTEE held at The 1912 Centre, Cow Lane, Harwich on Wednesday 10th October 2012 commencing at 6.30pm

RESOLVED that the minutes of the Town Planning meeting held on Wednesday 19th September 2012 (previously circulated) be approved by the Committee and signed by the Chairman as a true record.
P051/12 MATTERS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES

P052/12 PLANNING APPLICATIONS
The Committee considered a schedule of planning applications for weeks ending 21st September, 28th September, and 5th October.
RESOLVED: Recommendations in Appendix ‘A’ be submitted to Tendring District Council.
P053/12 MATTERS RECEIVED IN POST OR INFORMATION RAISED BY MEMBERS
Rural Infrastructure Project – Mr Bill Smith, Project Manager, TDC, met with members at a meeting on 10th October at 6pm to brief the Council on the background of the Rural Infrastructure Project. The issues that members at Harwich Town Council reported included the A120, speed and connection of broadband, planning constraints and village link bus services. The clerk agreed to formulate all comments and forward to Mr Smith.

The next Town Planning meeting will be held at the 1912 Centre, Cow Lane, Harwich, on 31st October 2012 at 6.30pm.
