P66/10 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Apologies for absence were received from Councillors J Brown, R Callender, B Howlett, M Gardner and A Morrison.
P67/10 DECLARATIONS OF MEMBERS’ INTERESTS
Councillors D McLeod and D Rutson declared they are members of Tendring District Council’s Development and Control Committee.
P68/10 MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING
RESOLVED: that the minutes of the meeting held on 15th December 2010 (previously circulated) be approved by the Chairman and signed as a true record.
P69/10 PLANNING APPLICATIONS
The Committee considered a schedule of planning applications for weeks ending 10th December, 17th December and 24th December 2010.
RESOLVED: that the recommendations of Appendix ‘A’ are submitted to Tendring District Council.
P70/10 BATHSIDE BAY, STOUR ROAD, HARWICH
The Chairman informed East Central Ward Councillors that if they wished to make comments on Planning Applications 10/00201/FUL, 10/00202/FUL, 10/00203/FUL and 10/00204/FUL regarding amended plans in the Bathside Bay area, to contact Sue Archibald on 01255 686585 before the Development Control Committee meet on 6th January 2011 at 7.00pm.
P71/10 TREE PRESERVATION ORDERS – VARIATION ORDERS
The Council noted receipt of fourteen Variation Orders received from Tendring District Council. Members were informed that Tendring District Council had been updating their database and as a result the orders are for trees that no longer exist.
P72/10 DATE OF THE NEXT MEETING
The next meeting of the Town Planning Committee will be held on 26th January, 2011 at 6.30pm at the 1912 Centre, Cow Lane, Harwich.
The Chairman closed the meeting at 6.55pm
