P049/11 MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING
RESOLVED that the minutes of the Town Planning meeting held on 12th October 2011 (previously circulated) be approved by the Committee and signed by the Chairman as a true record.
P050/11 PLANNING APPLICATIONS
The Committee considered a schedule of planning applications for weeks ending 7th October, 14th October and 21st October.
RESOLVED: Recommendations in Appendix ‘A’ be submitted to Tendring District Council.
P051/11 MATTERS RECEIVED IN POST
- A letter from Tendring District Council regarding a planning appeal was noted.
- Having discussed the option of hosting a local event to publicise TDC’s consultation on housing development in Tendring it was RESOLVED: for the Clerk and Asst. Clerk, in consultation with the Chair and Vice-Chair of Planning, to organise an event to be held as soon as possible.

The next Town Planning meeting will be held at the 1912 Centre, Cow Lane, Harwich on 23rd
ovember 2011 at 6.30pm.
The Chairman closed the meeting at 6.55pm
