MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF HARWICH TOWN COUNCIL PLANNING COMMITTEE
HELD ON 22nd SEPTEMBER 2010 at 6.30pm

P30/10 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Apologies for absence were received from Councillors B Brown, A Colbourne, L Double, L Payne, M Gardner, D Rutson and J Wares.

P31/10 DECLARATIONS OF MEMBERS’ INTERESTS
Councillors J Brown and D McLeod declared they are members of Tendring District Council’s Development and Control Committee.

P32/10 MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING
RESOLVED: that the minutes of the meeting held on 1st September 2010 (previously circulated) be approved by the Vice Chairman and signed as a true record.

P33/10 PLANNING APPLICATIONS
None received for weeks ending 28th August, 3rd September and 10th September 2010.

P34/10 ENFORCEMENT APPEAL – 19 CHURCH STREET, HARWICH
The Committee noted an Enforcement Appeal received from Tendring District Council concerning land at 19 Church Street, Harwich.

P35/10 SECTION106 DEVELOPER CONTRIBUTION – PROJECT PLANS
The Committee acknowledged notification from Tendring District Council concerning Section 106 Developer Contributions for project plans. The Committee RESOLVED: to invite John Farrow, The Legal Agreements Manager of Tending District Council to
attend a meeting of the Planning Committee to explain what/how Section 106 contributions are used.

P36/10 DATE OF THE NEXT MEETING
The next meeting of the Town Planning Committee will be held on 13th October, 2010 at 6.30pm at the 1912 Centre, Cow Lane, Harwich.

The Vice Chairman closed the meeting at 6.35pm
