Councillor G Calver declared he is a member of the Executive Committee of The Harwich Society.
P49/09 MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING
RESOLVED: that the minutes of the meeting held on 7th October 2009 (previously circulated) be approved by the Chairman and signed as a true record.
P50/09 GEORGE STREET, HARWICH
Councillor L Payne gave an apology to Mrs B Holbrook (member of the public) for not responding to her question regarding the boarding used by the developers in George Street, Harwich but promised to contact her with an answer as soon as possible.
P51/09 PLANNING APPLICATIONS
The Committee considered a schedule of planning applications for weeks ending 2nd October, 9th October and 16th October 2009.
RESOLVED: that the recommendations of Appendix ‘A’ are submitted to Tendring District Council.
P52/09 PLANNING APPLICATION 07/1143/FUL CAPITAL HOUSE, HARWICH
The Committee noted a letter from Tendring District Council regarding the type and height of fencing to be erected at Bobbits Hole Nature Reserve which has yet to be agreed. RESOLVED: to send a copy of the letter to The Harwich Society and that all ward councillors should keep a watching brief at Bobbits Hole.

The next meeting of the Town Planning Committee will be held at 6.30pm on 18th November 2009 at The 1912 Centre, Harwich.
The Chairman closed the meeting at 6.55pm.
