P110/08 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Apologies for absence were received from The Mayor, Councillor D Rutson and Councillors Howlett, Wares, Tyrer, Burke, Callender and McLeod.

P111/08 DECLARATIONS OF MEMBERS’ INTERESTS
Councillor J Brown declared he is a member of Tendring District Council’s Development and Control Committee.

P112/08 MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING
RESOLVED: that the minutes of the meeting held on 28th January 2009 (previously circulated) be approved by the Chairman and signed as a true record.

P113/08 PLANNING APPLICATIONS
The Committee considered a schedule of planning applications for weeks ending 23rd January, 30th January and 6th February 2009.
RESOLVED: that the recommendations of Appendix ‘A’ are submitted to Tendring District Council.

P114/08 THE HARWICH SCHOOL, REVEDEVLOPMENT OF THE GRANGE SITE
Members noted that an exhibition presenting plans for the redevelopment of The Grange site will be held on 27th February, 4.30pm – 6.30pm and 28th February, 2pm-4pm at the Library Resources Centre, The Harwich School.

P115/08 DATE OF THE NEXT MEETING
The next meeting of the Town Planning Committee will be held at 6.30pm on 11th March 2009 at The 1912 Centre, Harwich.

The Chairman closed the meeting at 6.50pm.
