Temporarily close Low Road, Harwich in the District of Tendring, from Abbott Road for 40M west.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order:  To temporarily close Low Road, Harwich in the District of Tendring, from Abbott Road for 40M west.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 13/09/2021 to 24/09/2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while construction of new manhole (S50-1725) works are undertaken.

The alternative route will be via B1414, B1352, B1414, Mill Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 13/09/2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
